1. THE ADREMY MEMBERSHIP

Adremy is an all-access membership platform providing (a) the Adremy Educational Suite and proprietary industry methods, (b) access to "Official Adremy Tasks," and (c) a marketplace for "User-Submitted Tasks" related to the live music industry.

Independent Contractor Status: You acknowledge that your relationship with Adremy is that of an Independent Contractor. You are not an employee, partner, or agent of Adremy. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and equipment.

Third-Party Platforms: Adremy is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any specific ticketing platforms, venues, or artists. You agree to comply with all third-party terms when performing tasks.

2. TASK PROTOCOLS, VERIFICATION & OFFSET

Task-Specific Instructions: By accepting any task, you agree to the specific "Task Brief" instructions provided on the dashboard. These instructions are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Verification: Adremy reserves the sole right to determine if a task was completed satisfactorily based on the evidence provided (e.g., photos, GPS data, or logs).

Right of Offset: If Adremy determines that a payment was made based on fraudulent, inaccurate, or reversed task data, Adremy reserves the right to deduct that amount from any future earnings or to charge the member’s original payment method for the recouped amount.

Platform Availability: Adremy does not guarantee 100% uptime. Adremy is not liable for any perceived loss of income or missed opportunities resulting from platform downtime or maintenance.

3. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & PROPRIETARY METHODS

Confidentiality: All methods, workflows, and curricula taught within Adremy are proprietary trade secrets. Sharing, recording, "leaking," or reselling this information is a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate termination and legal action for intellectual property theft.

4. REFUND POLICY & MONEY BACK GUARANTEES

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we have a strict No-Refund Policy: Except as explicitly stated in the two guarantee programs below, all membership fees and recurring subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

The "Break-Even" First-Task Guarantee: Adremy guarantees that the payout for your first Official Adremy Task will meet or exceed the cost of your initial membership fee. If, upon successful completion of your first Official Task according to the Task Brief, the payout is less than your initial membership cost, Adremy will refund the difference or the full membership fee at our discretion.

The 30-Day "Applied Education" Guarantee: If you have not generated results after 30 days of membership, you may request a refund subject to: (1) completion of at least three (3) Adremy Courses; (2) demonstration of extensive application of methods via activity logs; and (3) an internal audit of platform activity.

Chargeback Policy: You agree to first contact Support@Adremy.io to resolve any financial issues before initiating a dispute with your bank. Adremy reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately upon the filing of a chargeback and report fraudulent disputes to credit agencies.

5. TERMINATION AT WILL & ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to hold an Adremy membership. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false location data to access regional tasks is grounds for termination.

Termination: Adremy reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice.

Single User Access: Membership is for a single individual. Account sharing or providing login credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Physical Safety: You assume all risks associated with performing tasks in public spaces or at live music venues. Adremy is not liable for injury, property damage, trespassing charges, or removal from venues.

Liability Cap: Adremy’s total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adremy, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your conduct, breach of these terms, or violation of any third-party venue or platform rules.

8. GOVERNING LAW & CONSENT

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than in court.

Electronic Consent: By checking the "I Agree" box or using the platform, you provide your electronic signature and agree that this has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
